The Pulsar Pellet Extruder by Dyze Design prints a range of pellet materials in record time. With extreme high flow, this large-scale extruder will optimize time and costs. Experience pellet extrusion like never before!

Achieve large-scale 3D printing in all pellet materials. The Pulsar prints at a maximum temperature of 500°C enabling you to print with high-temperature materials. The Pulsar Pellet Extruder has been specially designed to extrude at a fast pace with extreme precision and high-quality processes and will reduce material costs up to 10 times. There is no room for any printing errors thanks to the distinct uniform heating techniques and anti-oozing mechanism. The steel nozzle can be changed during prints and ranges from the sizes 1 mm to 5 mm. The surrounding environment temperatures should not be higher than 100°C, however, with a heat shield, the Pulsar can operate in a 200°C environment.
